We had a very relaxing trip with scrumptious and incredible breakfast. Location: the hotel was close enough to a short 10 minute walk to the Main Street as well as all restaurants. Spent our evenings in nearby Durrant Eatery, especially when it was hot outside.

It made my trip to Eastbourne a comfortable experience. I went on a trip and everything here was good. The hotel was in a great and absolutely perfect location, on the promenade. It was also near both the seafront and town centre and the South Downs and The Arden.

We will be back, as the hotel exceeded all expectations. The location is magnificent and the rooms are airy. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like La Locanda Del Duca that was only 5 minutes' walk away. We stayed in the suite and enjoyed it.

600 metres away there is la locanda del duca, where you can dine. We greatly enjoyed arden guest house so we would stay here again and again...
